Water fitness is a safe, non-impact all over body workout & is also the #1 recommended exercise to choose for pregnancy. Relieve the back pain, leg cramps, fatigue and more! Best of all, it feels great for both Mommy & baby!

Already a Mom or Dad? - BRING THE BABY WITH YOU & enjoy exercising together while getting them familiar with the water. Relieve the negative physical symptoms of parenthood (tension, stress, fatigue, neck back & hip pain). Bounce back to pre-pregnancy shape and best of all, have fun with your kids! - (Ages 4mo+)

* Fit Mama Yoga- A Hatha Yoga class focused on Physical poses (Asana), Breathing Techniques (Pranayama) & Muscle Conditioning exercises as they relate to the pre & postnatal woman. Prepare for labor & delivery, manage pregnancy pains & symptoms, achieve better health, as well as spirituality and take time to relaaaaxxxxxxxx. Leave feeling refreshed, energized and stress free. *Fit Mama & Me Yoga- A fun, active and child friendly class designed specifically for the pre & postnatal woman. Combat pre & post pregnancy pains as well as the stresses of motherhood. Achieve better health, as well as spirituality and take time to relaaaaxxxxxxxx. Leave feeling refreshed, energized and stress free. Fantastic for both mom & child! *All ages are welcome!*

*Fit Mama Exercise Classes - A safe, fun and effective all over body workout designed specifically for the prenatal woman. Focus is on developing core muscle strength & endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength (essential to effectively manage pregnancy, aid/ease delivery/recovery & ensure a healthy mom and baby!) Use of stability ball, bands, body bars, and light weights. All exercises are modified for each stage of pregnancy. 
*Tuesday- 10:00 - 11:00 AM

*Fit Mama & Me Exercise Classes- LOSE THE PREGNANCY WEIGHT!! Bring your kids with you to this class & have fun getting fit with your child! A class designed using the babies as weights (or fitness equipment is provided if you have an older child). A terrific all over body workout for mommy (or daddy) and a whole lot of fun for the kids!!! NO MORE EXCUSES that you don't have time to exercise. A true family fitness experience

*Fit Mama Stroller Gym- Babies are in the buggies while you are power walking & exercising! Spend healthy time with your child while getting fit in the great outdoors in a beautiful & safe gated community. An all over body & cardiovascular workout in 60 minutes! Light fitness equipment is provided. Great for moms-to-be and moms with stroller age children. (Ages 6 weeks-4 years)
